For a longer escape, the six-hour private charter adds a full lunch and extra time to explore—whether that means another reef, a swim in a sheltered mangrove lagoon, or more time relaxing under sail. Routes and activities depend on the weather and water conditions.

Captain John and his family bring a personal touch to the experience, along with a thoughtful approach to protecting the waters they call home. Avalon uses wind and solar power for electricity, and the crew favors moorings over anchoring, avoids single-use plastics, and sources local ingredients whenever possible.
